"Heute hatten wir die Ehre mittags das „Chefs Table“-früher Barrique-zu genießen. Ein absolutes Erlebnis, und unseres Erachtens war der Genuss 2* wert. Absolut perfekt-von der Speisenauswahl über den absolut perfekten Kellner Flávio. Verständlich-wenn auch schade für uns-sind die extremen Wartezezeiten, bzw. Bemühungen auf einen Tisch am Abend. Nun gut, es soll auch ein besonderes Erlebnis bleiben. Wir sind uns ganz sicher daß wir demnächst bei dir in einem 2* Lokal speisen werden. Alles Gute für dich Cliff und dein Team-besser geht nicht! "Wir waren heute zum dritten male bei Hämmerles und wurden wiederum vom freundlichen Personal empfangen und bedient. Die Speisekarte ist reichlich und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Für das gute Essen kann man sich beim Chefkoch persönlich bedanken. Herr Hämmerle läßt es sich nehmen nach dem Essen die Gäste von Tisch zu Tisch persönlich zu begrüssen.Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal hier."

"Ich war heute zum ersten Mal dort und unfassbar begeistert. Es gibt absolut keinen Makel. Vom Service, über die Weine, bis zum Essen, war absolut alles perfekt. Die Speisen waren derart köstlich, dass ich eine Gänsehaut bekomme, wenn ich daran denke. Man wird geradezu süchtig. Dazu kommt die warme und herzliche Art der gesamten Crew. Ich bin ab heute ein verzauberter Fan. Ein Muss!!!!!!"
